Best tow bar service on the Gold Coast! Highly recommend Action Tow Bar. I had my tow bar installed on my LDV 5 years ago, and recently the electrical plug stopped working. I called them and they responded quickly, fixed the plug and fuse with no fuss.

Very happy with their service and after-sales support, even after 5 years. They definitely took the right action! 👍

Submitted a request for quote on the Action Towbars website and received a quote in under 24 hours. Price was excellent (better than most) for a high quality tow bar and installation within 5 days. The installer arrived on time and was very professional. All done and dusted in just over an hour on our driveway! Highly recommend.

Jesse is an exceptional installer, he clearly knows his business. I watched him dismantle the back of my car in minutes as if my car model was all he ever worked on! His work was precise and efficient and although I've yet to put my bike rack on for size, the tow bar looks factory, it fits so well. Sarah set up the install at my residence and it couldn't have gone smoother. Great job all around, I'm very impressed.

Came out and fitted towbar & Red Arc electric brake controller to my 2024 Renault Trafic. On time. Great workmanship. Quality product fitted. Would certainly recommend 100%. Nice to see that good people still exist & care about the work they do, and looking after their customers. And to boot, the price was the best I found. If you need a towbar or brake controller, Action Towbars are the GO.

After upgrading my tow vehicle, including a much higher suspension lift than expected, my existing hitch setup no longer worked. I contacted Action Towbars and had a quick phone discussion about the problem. With only a short timeframe to get everything sorted, I took the vehicle and hitch in for them to have a look.

The team assessed the situation straight away and immediately knew the best solution. They fixed the problem for me on the spot, saving me a lot of time and stress.

I can’t thank them enough. From the initial phone call through to the final solution, the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely knows its products and is willing to go the extra mile for its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Action Towbars.

Exemplary. Euro car and got it fitted within 7 days. Removable tongue and no visible sight of the towbar. Amazing. Very reasonable pricing including electric plug. Highly recommend

Highly recommend these guys. Sarah was very prompt with responding to enquiries and keeping me up to date with where things were at (the towbar for my car had to be specially ordered in). Jess was friendly, prompt and did a great installation with a secure, well made towbar including everything that's needed, as well as tidying up after the installation. The convenience of Jess coming to the house to do the installation made everything that much easier at a price that was well and truly cheaper than the nearest competitor (and that doesn't include the ones that didn't even bother to respond - who are very well known.)

Didn't get a towbar from them due to the availability for my car, but very helpful and great service.
