Jesse is an exceptional installer,  he clearly knows his business. I watched him dismantle the back of my car in minutes as if my car model was all he ever worked on! His work was precise and efficient and although I've yet to put my bike rack on for size, the tow bar looks factory, it fits so well. Came out and fitted towbar & Red Arc electric brake controller to my 2024 Renault Trafic. On time. Great workmanship. Quality product fitted. Would certainly recommend 100%. Nice to see that good people still exist & care about the work they do, and looking after their customers. And to boot, the price was the best I found. After upgrading my tow vehicle, including a much higher suspension lift than expected, my existing hitch setup no longer worked. I contacted Action Towbars and had a quick phone discussion about the problem. With only a short timeframe to get everything sorted, I took the vehicle and hitch in for them to have a look. The team assessed the situation straight away and immediately knew the best solution. They fixed the problem for me on the spot, saving me a lot of time and stress. I can’t thank them enough. From the initial phone call through to the final solution, the service was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Highly recommend these guys.  Sarah was very prompt with responding to enquiries and keeping me up to date with where things were at (the towbar for my car had to be specially ordered in).  Jess was friendly, prompt and did a great installation with a secure, well made towbar including everything that's needed, as well as tidying up after the installation.  The convenience of Jess coming to the house to do the installation made everything that much easier at a price that was well and truly cheaper than the nearest competitor (and that doesn't include the ones that didn't even bother to respond - who are very well known.)

I would highly recommend using the services of Action Towbars. We went to Brisbane from Cairns, and needed a towbar fitted to oue BMW as soon as possible. Sarah arranged this for us very quickly and efficiently. The towbar was fitted, at our nominated location, very professionally and the end product was exactly what we wanted!
